WHY I'M COMPLETELY LOSING IT
6:00 - 9:00 AM:
"Mooooooooom!"
"Mooooooooom! (Repeated incessantly until I make an appearance in his room.)
"Good morning, Rojo! How are you today?"
"Can we go to Walgreens?"
"Maybe later. So, how are you today?"
"Can we go to Walgreens today at 9:oo AM?"
"I don't know. Let's get up, have some breakfast, and we'll talk about what's happening today."
"Can we go to Walgreens at 9:00 AM today and get Gripz?"
"I will look at our schedule when we go downstairs. I will tell you what time we can go to Walgreen's."
"Can we go to Walgreens at 9:00 AM today and get two boxes of Gripz?"
"Probably."
"Don't forget!"
"I won't forget."
"You won't forget?"
"No, I won't forget."
"Why won't you forget?"
"Because I have a sense you'll remind me."
"You won't forget to go to Walgreen's at 9:00 AM to get two boxes of Gripz?"
"No."
"Don't forget!"

See...and I call myself a mother. I didn't know what Gripz were either and I just frecently igured out what an Otter Pop is.
It's so hard to keep up with the kiddie culture these dayz.

Someday that perseverence will pay off big time for him, and your patience will ensure your sainthood. Hope the trip to Walgreen's was uneventful. God forbid they should be out of Gripz!

If I have the timing right I don't think anyone in your household was at Walgreens at 9:00.........I bet he was on to something more fun likes "You Are The Father"! I think that needs its own blog.
