I spent 20 minutes on the PHONE (yelling because I hate making phone calls too) trying to get the host to fix it, after they tried to tell me that they were doing database maintenance. For 6 hours?! In the middle of the day?! Anyway, it was finally resolved, so all is well in my little corner.
And yes, your bottle is the cutest!
